What is the Tiny Desk AI trend?
The Tiny Desk AI trend is a wave of AI remakes of one concert clip. The original shows a band squeezed behind an office desk, with the lead vocalist in close-up and a sax solo in the middle. Remakes keep the room, the cuts and the sound, and replace the performers.
The joke is in the cast. A coach, a friend, a dog or a game character behind the desk makes the clip funny at once, because everyone knows the original.

Why the Tiny Desk AI trend works
The format is fixed, so anyone can join. There is no script to write and no song to learn. You only decide who plays each part.
The structure also gives every seat a moment. The lead gets two close-ups, the sax player gets a solo, and the rest of the band fills the wide shots.
